Pros
Take your paycheck and run. Sprint away.
Cons
Everything else. Literally everything else. Company forces you to use PTO if you need to use the bathroom outside of your scheduled breaks. So basically, whatever you do, don't get sick. The attendance points policy is ridiculous. Are we high schoolers? Can we be treated with a little dignity please? Attendance points go upwards of 50 or so but if you fall below a certain point you get reprimanded. By the way if your shift starts at 8:30 and you clock in at 8:35 because of traffic, you've already lost a point. There isn't a way to get that back without perfect attendance and you've blown it for the two week pay period. Don't let life happen either. You must eat, sleep, and breathe Maximus to be successful here. The weather hotline is a joke. The last time this building had closed down was in 03/2017 and we ended up with like three feet of snow. Be prepared to come to work in a snow or ice blizzard. The company won't care if you'd rather not die or crash your car to get here because you live an hour away and have a small car because it's what you could afford because Maximus will pay well, but not that well. Management talks garbage about their employees behind their backs thinking you'll never hear about it. Hopefully you'll end up with a supervisor that does their job. My supervisor somehow kept her position but hadn't taken a single call in her career here, but somehow felt entitled to tell me how to do my job with 100% QC score for 4 consecutive months. Pretty well versed in the policies and procedures, thank you! Don't need you to tell me I placed the caller on hold for 3.5 minutes, I remember! Honestly just run. The pay isn't worth it and once you start slipping in attendance points, they're difficult to earn back unless you're a brand new employee.
