Pros
Great co-workers and somewhat of a decent salary. Having good co-workers made it easier to get through the day because most of the work monotonous.
Cons
Horrible management. Multiple bosses, one of which I had no clue why she was there. It also seemed to be a dead-end type of job where moving up within the company wasn't an option.
