Pros
Great employees just trying to make a living. The wages are so low I qualify for Medicaid and Snap like the rest of the floor, barely making it,with kids to feed.
Cons
Maximus likes it employees working under great stress by placing unrealistic expectations and the threat of job loss is a daily motivator. I can't believe the state of Indiana would contract with a company like Maximus that didn't even recognize June Teenth as a holiday and treats the employees like slaves. No one should be treated like this, ever.
