      Pros

      The employees doing the work are super talented, friendly and fun to be around. You could not ask for a better team of creatives.

      Cons

      The leadership is lacking and there is no clear definition of roles and responsibilities. There is no life/work balance and the vacation days are lacking. Working from 9am to 9pm is a very common occurrence and seems to happen every day of the week. The late nights seem expected and not appreciated by leadership.

      Pros

      Very hands on, your work sees its way to clients. Diverse scope of work, anywhere from fortune 500 companies to fresh startups. Great close knit community, the CEO is actively involved in all projects. Amazing parties and employee adventures/trips.

      Cons

      There was never enough time in the day. It was normal to work long hours to meet tight deadlines. But that is not necessarily a bad thing.
