      Small company, decent low level culture

      Cons

      HR regularly commits HIPAA violations and is difficult to work with (in 10 years I've never had a positive interaction with them), CEO does not take feedback. Little to no room for advancement. Low pay.

      Professional business office with experienced employees. Excellent business model, runs like a well oiled machine. Consistently receives five stars from examiners for business practices.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement in a small company of 35 employees in Salt Lake City and 18 employees in WA.
