      Small company, decent low level culture

      Cons

      HR regularly commits HIPAA violations and is difficult to work with (in 10 years I've never had a positive interaction with them), CEO does not take feedback. Little to no room for advancement. Low pay.

      Great work life balance and the culture is amazing! Great coworkers and everyone is working towards the same common goal. Great benefits and they truly care about their employees.
