Work life balance is appalling I've only been here a couple of months, I'm expected to do impossible workloads as well as know everything about the role with little to no training Clients and other internal teams are rude and condescending, despite explaining I am brand new i have constant attitude and unrealistic expectations from them Highly disorganised Pay is very low for the work they expect you to do
