Started off like a start-up, "which hat will you wear today" type of mentality. There were a lot of fun people who worked there and it was fun to see them every day. Bill Wise, the CEO, is awesome.
Cons
Some management was put in place that I feel didn't have vision or proper execution. There were very long hours but sometimes they felt ok.
