Pros
I knew when I first approached the receptionist and the front lobby it seemed like a good place to work. The office environment made you want to be a part of the team. I started June 2016, and it's almost a month now and I'm happy about working there. The people that work there are friendly and seem to be happy as well. I have done my current job before for 4 years, so doing my actual job is easy and familiar; but the work environment MG offers makes my day go by much easier compared to my previous employments. The CEO is awesome and is not the typical 'not around and disconnected' executive. He actually takes his time to meet each employee which shows a lot of character.
Cons
The medical insurance is way too much! I will have to shop around to figure if an alternative is an better option. It's bad enough that other employees don't have their nsurance. That is the biggest issue for me. My other cons are more so personal and not something that others may recognize or see as a 'real' issue.
