Pros
They manufacture alot of different products for the healthcare industry. This enables them to provide a cost savings to the customer.
Cons
On the distribution side of things, they have a poor understanding of selling branded products and usually their answer is to sell what they manufacture. This isn't an option in certain situations and this is where they fail.
