Bad tip system - Host/Busser Mercatto Employee Review

I got a job here just after covid when they were rebuilding their team from scratch. Their priority at the time was that the team gets along and keep it drama free.

Since new management took over and business recovered back to pre covid times, the questionable hiring practices resulted in constant drama and squabbles between staff.

Nice people and team, organized management.

Busy restaurant, fewer friends, everyone respects each other's privacy and schedules.
