      Pros

      Excellent pizzas, pastas, appetizers, and desserts. Mercatto guarantees freshness with every meal. They provide training and have highly qualified people working in management positions.

      Cons

      Hours can be limited. Some servers do not have adequate knowledge of the menu.

      Was great until recovered from covid

      Pros

      I got a job here just after covid when they were rebuilding their team from scratch. Their priority at the time was that the team gets along and keep it drama free.

      Cons

      Since new management took over and business recovered back to pre covid times, the questionable hiring practices resulted in constant drama and squabbles between staff.
