We have been very fortunate to have experienced organic growth for 20 years, evolving to be the #1 provider in our industry. We have earned our top position because of incredible talent like you who have exhibited relentlessness, passion and innovation for our company. We have learned tremendously throughout the years. We have experienced growing pains, while trying to make the right decisions, and in some cases we didn’t always get it right. As we continue to grow, I urge all of us to take each situation as a learning opportunity, which is vital to our growth. These are exciting times for us since we are in the midst of a major transition, which will undoubtedly transform us and continue to give us opportunities to grow beyond our potential.
