Pros
Amazing company culture that truly cares for everyone in the organization. Everyone has a voice, especially being in a startup environment. Great opportunities to come in and grow within the company and also create and implement new processes or procedures. With the amount of growth the company is going through, you have the ability to grow in a variety of different departments.
Cons
Being a startup comes with some hiccups and some processes that aren't in place. I don't look at this as a major con. This is a place that you can come in and put your stamp on things that aren't in place yet.
