Pros
Flexible schedule
Interesting job
Several offices
Cons
There are several offices, but there is little work.
It’s not stable. Cases go down and people go home.
Some monitors and supervisors can’t speak proper Spanish, much less write formal English.
There’s a lot of employee gossip and drama. Fully grown up adults conspiring against others. There is a lot of bitterness.
Company does nothing for the employees. There are no activities for the employees or acknowledgement for their hard work. Employees look very unhappy with company’s lack of care for their well being.
There are no yearly wage increases, and when there are increases, they don’t reflect the actual cost of living and inflation.
Health insurance is high. Dental and vision plans are high as well. As years go by, the insurance premiums increased, as well as copays and employee’s wages don’t increase to balance things out. Employees are struggling to make ends meet.
Company won’t match the 401k offered.
