Pros

Pay is great for the job tasks

Cons

While this position provides an opportunity to gain experience, I found that career growth within the company is minimal, with few advancement opportunities. The work-life balance was challenging, as I frequently worked evenings and weekends, often with inconsistent hours. Additionally, schedules were released weekly, making it difficult to plan ahead. The company culture itself is neutral, but due to high demand and limited available hours, scheduling inconsistencies are common. As a result, this role may not be ideal for someone who requires a stable and predictable income.

Pros

Flexible schedule Interesting job Several offices

Cons

There are several offices, but there is little work. It’s not stable. Cases go down and people go home. Some monitors and supervisors can’t speak proper Spanish, much less write formal English. There’s a lot of employee gossip and drama. Fully grown up adults conspiring against others. There is a lot of bitterness. Company does nothing for the employees. There are no activities for the employees or acknowledgement for their hard work. Employees look very unhappy with company’s lack of care for their well being. There are no yearly wage increases, and when there are increases, they don’t reflect the actual cost of living and inflation. Health insurance is high. Dental and vision plans are high as well. As years go by, the insurance premiums increased, as well as copays and employee’s wages don’t increase to balance things out. Employees are struggling to make ends meet. Company won’t match the 401k offered.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry this is your perspective. The company offers an array of benefits geared toward employee well-being, and benefit offerings are reviewed annually to ensure they are competitive. Wages are adjusted as the prevailing wage is adjusted. We have had and continue to have an open-door policy for employees to share their feedback, report an issue at the workplace, or ask any questions regarding benefits or compensation. We welcome the opportunity to speak with you and invite you to contact the Human Resources department to discuss further. We understand the project-based nature of the industry may be unstable at times; however, we strive to keep our employees working as much as possible. The Metlang Team
