MetLife has great benefits packages for their employees.
Cons
MetLife has some individauls in management postions that shouldnt be there. The fact is that if you are in the pocket of the higher up they will keep bringing you up with them regardless of that employees knowledge. The problem I face is that my manager has no idea what I do and cant help me solve any issues that I face in my workday.
