Pros
Very good benefits. 22 days PTO as a new hire. Good work life balance.
Cons
Pay could be better. In the summer of 2021, MetLife announced that their minimum wage was changed to $20/hour, but they did not give anyone else a raise at that time. Yearly raises are not very good. Benefits are good, but your premium cost for health insurance and OOP amounts are based on your salary bracket. Someone making $50k and someone making $99k paid the same, but if you made $49k you paid significantly less for healthcare. I wish the income brackets were smaller for insurance costs.
