Pros

Most of the people I've worked with are great, of course I only know most of them through teams since the company is so spread out.

Cons

Originally thought it was a great job, when I accepted the position, I was told Mon-Fri daytime hours, base pay and commission. 9 months in I come to work and am told I'm now in a new department (no offering me the new position and no options) I now have to go through training again for my new position. I now no longer get commission, only my base pay. And my hours change weekly including weekends. Not only that but now my day is micromanaged to the point they tell me when I can take a break and when I can eat.

Pros

Great people to work with, great products to sell. I get all the support I need in my department. I hope I can retire here some day.

Cons

Some departments appear to have leadership challenges, thankfully not mine.

Pros

The culture established at Metronet really resonates with me. Nearly every employee performs their jobs with an ownership mindset. The leadership team for our division does a remarkable job of establishing vision and setting the tone for the department. It is a very demanding environment, but it is also one that makes celebrating success a part of everyday business.

Cons

The only negatives I have encountered are outside of the company's direct responsibilities and are orientated toward the administrative bureaucracy of the municipalities that we have to coordinate work with,
