      Good PTO 3-6 weeks Flexible schedules are allowed for many positions

      Cons

      The culture has changed drastically. Management no longer cares about the people that work here, just numbers. Multiple rounds of layoffs. It’s very stressful. Below average pay even if you get really good performance reviews.

      Decent base salary to start.

      Cons

      The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
