      Pros

      - One of the best onboarding programs I’ve been apart of - Everyone I have spoke to so far from senior leadership to colleagues are all super passionate about their individual responsibilities but also towards the wider North Star and constitution. - Great Pay/Benefits and tech stack - Total flexibility to do your work with little to no micro mgnmt, with an expectation that work is completed to a high degree - A super exciting company whom shows a real commitment to being innovative and forward thinking in their respective industry - A real sense of togetherness and community - A big one for me is that Mews is Pro-AI, so they have put a ton of resources and budget into equipping us with the tools but also the knowledge on how to be effective with AI in our daily workflows. This was a big plus for me

      Cons

      Nothing so far, of course not every company is spotless and picture perfect but so far I see no reason to think anything negative.

      Generous flexibility with holiday; immediate impact on team; high visibility to top stakeholders; awareness into your value from top down which is amazing to see!

      Cons

      Can be fast paced (as startups are!) and a bit chaotic, have to be willing to go with the flow and be independent

      Pros

      A genuinely exciting place to work. The company is innovative, the product is strong and the team makes it easy to stay motivated. It’s rare to work somewhere that is not just keeping pace with the industry but actively shaping it and that energy is felt day to day.

      Cons

      The pace and ambition of the company can make things stressful at times. This comes with the territory of a fast-moving organization but it’s worth knowing going in.
