Please be assured that your comment is being used for the purpose of improving our employee experience. Our company vision statement defines our primary goal as helping the customer in every aspect of the home loan process. While certain loan products can take up to 45-60 days, it has been a critical core competency to ensure that our customer’s transaction is handled with care.
