Pros

Leads are generated for LO's. Support staff is present and accessible.

Cons

Very High Turn Over; Direct management applies a lot of pressure. Though leads are provided, they are not scrubbed. Management made you feel small regardless of your experience and conveyed a "my way or the highway" environment. The best term I can come up with to describe this company overall is "sweat shop". If you aren't a real hustler and willing to sell people on programs or a refinance they don't really need to do, you will not be happy here.

Pros

The office space is impressive. Met some really great people here. The technology and marketing are pretty good even though there was a recent cease and desist order pertaining to their marketing and advertising strategies . The clients will come... They just will most probably not close and if they do it will take a long time which will cause customer service issues for the LOs

Cons

The culture is very cliquish . If you're "in" you will probably do fairly ok. If not your loans WILL not close . Heavy overlays , mediocre comp plan, 60+ day turn times, non-competitive rates and you are micro-managed to the nth degree. The opinions of sales staff and middle management are largely ignored and fairness is not high on the company list of priorities . Most upper management will walk right by most employees and not even speak to include one of the owners whose last name begins with "G". Greediness of owners is palatable...

Pros

I get to watch the Food Network all day with the wall TV's. Good looking ladies.

Cons

Rates were so much higher than the competition. They have a core group of people that they close all of the loans for. If you were new and weren't in the group of favorites, you couldn't get a closed loan. After a while all of the black employees started to disappear.
