Cons
Overworks lab personnel to the bone, with no recognition for the hard work they do every day. Temperatures in the lab are insanely hot, and even with complaints and safety observations from countless employees - no changes have been made. Several times there have been ambulances come to pick up employees. Workload is never linear, every day it’s something new and nobody knows what to expect. Management is a joke, they’re just placeholders who will say yes to anything higher ups will tell them with no consideration of others. It’s embarrassing honestly to even call them a manager. The healthcare policy also is atrocious between permanent employees and temps. No matter how hard you work, you’ll only be seen as a cog in a broken machine. If you have an option to get out, take it immediately. They aren’t even worth a standard two week notice.
