Pros
Michelin transformed me in a better person, the people in this company are very friendly , they listen to you and they HEAR you, they motivate their people via lots of ways from money to presents and benefits and a lot of encouragement and evaluations for career progression and skills development. When i enter the building, i feel like entering my home.
Cons
Don't expect a huge salary . (multinational salary kind of), promotion will arrive around the second year of employment of course u need to demonstrate that you deserve it, really work for it.
