Pros
Great people on the ground. potential in an ever competing market place. Interesting product and service portfolioTechnologically astute with diverse products and multiple locations.
Cons
Too much authority and decision making given to centralised no operational functions. Focus on customers needs and requirements and continuous development of products & services has been diminished and replaced by self serving internal interests. Dissapointingly does not live up to its potential.
