Pros
Michelin has great products and is mostly well run. It's a company you can be proud of. It's mostly innovative on the product side, but also tries new ways to organize the workforce for more effectiveness.
Cons
If you want to work part-time, there aren't many positions. Also lots of bureaucracy as you would expect in a large company. Inertia causes systems and rules to outlive their usefulness.
