Learning, Culture, Policies. The company is stabilizing in Chennai, so lot more benefits & policies will flow in near future.
Cons
No big cons.... Not every single person can be satisfied in a size of organization like this,... I would say, that the number of satisfied persons are higher. Michelin is much better than many companies.
