Pros

Great staff, great management in the call center. Help was always available when needed and I felt supported at my job. There were goals that needed to be met and if they were not met we were not scolded without talking about the circumstances. It felt like I was working with management instead of only for management.

Cons

Entry level position for me so I had to move on but always checking their job postings. Some stores don't work well with the call center which can be frustrating.

-if you can hustle you can make decent money -room for growth if you can get cool with everyone

Cons

-have to meet the metrics -some of the areas to grow have favoritism

Pros

The employee discount is okay on non-electronic items.

Cons

Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
