Pros
- great working atmosphere - colleagues are friendly and helpful - Health Insurance paid by company, 26 weeks maternity leave, breakfast, sweets on Fridays - Social club it's very nice. Company gives treats on St Patricks, Christmas, some summer days
Cons
People are very disappointed as salary doesn't increase. People talk even about 3 years without a raise and when got it, was like 1%. People feel demotivated and loads of people have been quitting as found better salaries for same role. When I get my first year working, won't stay if I don't get at least 10%, I effort a lot for great proven results.
