Pros
Overall Micron is a good company to work with, I'd say among the best in the semiconductor industry (but still, it's the semicon industry). Good pay (considering OT pay) and nice benefits, career development quite clear, lots of opportunities to learn things in this industry
Cons
Long working hours and poor work life balance. That's the general impression when someone outside the company thinks about Micron (at least here in Singapore)
