Financially better managed than before - at the cost of employees even though they contribute to better performance.
Cons
Employees are not treated well unless they are favorites. Overworked employees are dealt an unfair hand as cost cutting is consistent. They push the legal limits to implement these initiatives. Company puts a lot of effort into creating an external perception that is quite the contrary to what it is for employees.
