Pros
Since my first day, I've been valued for my skills and potential to grow, without preconceived notions or limits on where I could go with my career here. There is always the opportunity to succeed for anyone willing to accept the challenge, and I've experienced that both personally and seen others experience it, as well. Being able to help our customers succeed and seeing the positive impact of what we do on their businesses and their quality of life is one of the biggest perks of the job, also. As the company has grown and become more successful, it has also placed more emphasis on enjoying work and our time here - it really is a great place to work and to spend the majority of your waking hours!
Cons
Some may see the fast pace and challenging nature of the work as negatives, but I think in those cases, they just may not be the right people for this company.
