Decent bonus system, ok pay

Cons

Company leadership is way too out of touch and is running their company into the ground. Refuses to invest in operations or rather lack of. Between capping commission for management if they make a certain amount & lowering commission for their employees, not to mention refusing to fix outdated systems that end up delaying/ruining orders...It becomes harder to sell and there is never accountability from leadership, (Excluding general management).

- Products are genuinely strong and well respected in the industry. - I worked with many talented and hardworking people who cared about doing quality work. - Good vacation. - Decent hours. - 50% product discounts on msrp

Cons

- Disconnected and ineffective management & leadership (especially at GSO) - Lots of buzzwords but no management ownership - Unclear and shifting expectations - Poor recognition, coaching, and mentorship - Weak career growth paths - Heavy workloads with unrealistic expectations - High burnout risk
