Toxic environment with outdated practices and no support

No pros, stakeholders, managers, HRs and colleagues are busy with politics and try to bring everyone down

Cons

Everything about the company is bad, seems really old school even though they mention that they have really good policies on paper. Would really ask to skip it, in case you are looking for a supportive environment

Decent bonus system, ok pay

Cons

Company leadership is way too out of touch and is running their company into the ground. Refuses to invest in operations or rather lack of. Between capping commission for management if they make a certain amount & lowering commission for their employees, not to mention refusing to fix outdated systems that end up delaying/ruining orders...It becomes harder to sell and there is never accountability from leadership, (Excluding general management).

Not many opportunities for growth while adding a large amount of scope creep. Many different business units that create a lot of technological silos
