Leadership teams prioritize helping you where you want to go and are invested in your development. I've seen team members go from marketing, to training, to sales. There are plenty of opportunities here.

The company is in growth mode which means that there is a lot being asked of everyone in the company. Work loads can be intense but aren't totally unmanageable.
