Decent comp plan if you can actually sell the product on New Biz and decently good LMS product. Have made lifelong friends here that are real and are exceptional at what they do.
Cons
Lack of vision, coddling happening when it shouldn't be to protect poor decisions made by CSM org. Incompetent SVP and Co-Founder that really doesn't care about his team but rather his spreadsheets and the next deal to save himself.
This company had so many good things going for it, but when they continued to pivot and not invest into innovations, we fell way behind. Firing almost all of US based employees is not something that is sustainable long term for poor decisions. No HR, no severance options and zero accountability make this a no for anyone. Not disgruntled but absolutely in shock that not 1 leader reached out besides my epic boss, in order to provide light as to what was going on and the decisions behind it. The PiP was 100% unattainable out of the gate with fantasy expectations thanks to the SVP who thinks they were attainable, yet not 1 rep has attained them since his tenure in 2 and a half years. Run.
