      Strong team culture but some panic-driven work environment

      Pros

      Mindtickle has some of the sharpest engineers working for them, team members are generally helpful and appreciate good technical discussions. Overall the culture has been good, giving ample opportunities to young engineers and lot of scope to take ownership.

      Cons

      Some people have started working in fire fighting mode to save their jobs which creates panic among different teams.
