Pros
Better pay rate than other retail stores, but I think that’s because they know how impossible the job is compared to a good retail job. Only good thing about this job.
Cons
-The company is based out of China and everything has to go through there before decisions can be made -The store manager literally took a picture of my i9 documents on their personal phone without my knowledge. That’s how they send it to HR. So they have my confidential information in their phone -Zero help from upper management with obvious store issues like broken shelving racks in back storage room -Disaster of a storage area. Boxes literally ALL OVER BACK ROOM -Hired for full time then only given 15-25 hours per week -Employees that obviously don’t care about the job -TERRIBLE hygiene from employees… bathroom literally had almost no cleaning supplies and was covered in menstrual blood and urine. DISGUSTING! -Shipments not delivered to store. Had to unload them myself from shipment dock and carry them to store
