Pros
Incredibly smart and capable employees/colleagues: I have worked at companies in the past where some people get hired into a position that they truly don't have qualifications or experience to perform adequately in their role. I haven't experienced that yet at Miro. The company is extremely selective in who they hire and this results in not only amazing talent and people that perform very well, but also colleagues that are team players and always willing to help. The product is also so fun and amazing to use. I even started using it in my personal projects because it truly makes your day-to-day more efficient while also making projects and collaboration 10x more exciting. The PTO policy and the company holidays are always a plus, and you can tell that the company as a whole really cares about its employees and puts the company values at the forefront of every major decision. It's so refreshing to see that it's not all talk and leadership really does act upon what they promise
Cons
Only con that I can think of is sometimes because we are so selective in hiring, it can cause some challenges with existing books of business, especially when it comes to language barriers between customers in addition to varying time zones. This isn't really a "con" per se, but more of a challenge.
