Unfortunately, it was only enough to have a slightly slower growth than in recent years and about 120 employees were already fired, or as Miro says "we had to say good bye"! And as you can hear, it wasn't done in a very family-like way, but in a very American way. HR is keen to present the layoffs as positively as possible but those affected still seem to be fighting for what they were promised by Miro/CEO. Btw.,practically no executives were fired.... As is so often the case, those employees and managers who have not been laid off are not in a particularly good mood.
