-central office in Moscova area -nice colleagues, good environment/work life balance (depends on the team, most teams are good) -top products in a niche sector with lots of potential of growth
Cons
-Not many company procedures set in place, chaotic work rhythm and lots of last-minute requests -Little transparency of company decisions and HR communication, employee wellbeing often put in bottom -Top down environment with strict hierarchy
