      There are some nice colleagues

      Disorganized, if you aren’t from Italy they don’t care about you, workload isn’t manageable and terrible pay. 6+ great employees have left the corporate office due to one female manager that acts like she runs the entire office and the president of the US doesn’t seem to care or reprimand her.

      low pay, disorganized management, old system, 0 growth. good for interns or someone entry level. highly do not recommend to anything mid or senior.

      Friendly atmosphere, headquarters are solutions-oriented, take feedback on board and try to provide what stores ask for. No micro-management.
