Pros

If set with the right team and management, you can progress and excel in your career progression. Supportive management who help you along your journey are key to this as many employees don’t actually take advantage of the Learning Hub and don’t know how to search for courses and online modules.

Cons

Management who don’t assist you and come up with excuses when it comes to training for new job roles or don’t take you seriously when you make complaints about racist colleagues need to be looked into by senior management and investigated, but instead they all collude and brush everything under the carpet. This was a main reason I was forced to apply on internal vacancies and move onto a different site at a different contract.
