- They do not know how/are not capable of retaining these wonderful ICs
- Management and leadership needs to change. A good majority of them only believes what they want to see/hear and are gravely against their own critical feedback. As a result, the company isn't performing as well as its potential.
- Not innovating
- Leadership will make fun of past employees. They don't care about their employees and team members at all. They'll name names of past employees and use them as examples, especially if these employees had provided some form of critical feedback.
- Pay is no longer competitive
- Leadership does not own up to strategic mistakes. Mistakes that could have been avoided if they took time to gather knowledge from ICs on the ground interacting with customers everyday.
- No investment into actually strategic markets, expecting single ICs covering the area to work magic. For some reason, bullish on the weirdest markets.
- Tendency to hire from outside instead of promoting internally. This is prevalent throughout every region.
Incredibly disappointing experience. A lot of employees are upset and those who stay are staying for the friendships they've created and waiting for the economy and job market to improve.
