I joined here as freshers and its a great place to learn. Lots of opportunity for freshers. Everyone here is ready to help you out only thing is to you have to reach them. There is no discrimination between senoir juniour, completely flat heirarchy.
Cons
No speific training sessions for freshers mentor is assigned on day one and every thing depends on your mentor.
