Pros

• The team is great (if they are still there). • Cozy office, good snacks, and fun activities like parties and launches. • The product and business model are genuinely good. • They have a good package for when they fire you.

Cons

• There is a lack of honesty from the CEO and COO. Even the CEO’s personal life story feels fabricated. The COO promises everyone a voice, then fires those who don’t strictly obey. • The COO manages the company like a tribe. He gives raises to his favorites; those close to him do whatever they want while others must simply obey. • It is not woman-friendly and there is constant pressure. Every member of management is male, which gives you a clear sight of the culture. • The best people are either leaving or planning their exit. • The CEO and COO lack direction and struggle to run effective meetings. Future plans remain unknown until product managers suggest unrealistic goals. • Gossip is everywhere and has become a primary form of communication because of the lack of vision and alignment.

Pros

-The only company in the space to do what they do, so there is no other option for companies that want support with their ASA and ASO campaigns.

Cons

-Leadership is based in Turkey and does not understand the American culture when it comes to work. -They are also very abrasive when speaking with their colleagues. You will get harassed by multiple stakeholders when they want something regardless of whether it's possible or not. When they reach out, you are expected to do it immediately even if you are on a call with a client or in the middle of a task - The CEO asks to be on client calls but multiple stakeholders advised to not include him because he can't be trusted with what he will say. I was told that he would make promises that we can't keep or speak to the product incorrectly. - You have to be active on LinkedIn. If you don't engage with senior leadership's posts or repost what they share, they will threaten you. - Since the team is based in Turkey, you are expected to be on calls starting at 6am and sometimes earlier (I've had calls at 3am regularly) but also work till 6pm in your time zone. - Pay is well below market - There are no benefits!!!
