Pros

I can't find any positives about this company, and I'm actively looking to leave. The CEO's behavior here is alarming, as they adjust their treatment of employees based on whether they engage with their LinkedIn posts. It's astonishing that the CEO even compiles a list of people who interact with his posts and shares it within the company. Those who don't consistently engage with the CEO's content find themselves at risk of termination or disqualified from receiving their earned bonuses.

Cons

I initially had no intention of writing a review or even knew what Glassdoor was. However, upper management instructed us to create fake 5-star reviews, believing it would miraculously improve the company. This summarizes the company's mindset. The recent reviews from last month differ significantly from the others, and there's a reason for it because they are fake. I'm writing this to prevent others from making the same mistake I did in accepting their offer. Despite their enticing conditions and perks, the reality became clear once I joined; there are actually no perks. The lack of experience in upper management leading to chaos within the company, with no clear rules, frameworks, mission, or strategy—just constant, mostly irrational, directives from upper management.

Pros

Not much prominent pons, unfourtanetly. Only usd based salary might be a good thing.

Cons

1- They Fire as a Habit They hire and fire frequently. There are very few employees who work more than 1-2 quarters. The firing period is before bonus period. So, no, dont think as 14 salary per year as they promise, most probably you will be fired at the bonus time. 2- Their Story Please listen their story of how the company is founded. What they tell as a success story is actually a story of fraud. This will tell you a lot about company culture, in fact. 3- Your Journey Won’t Last Long The turnover is very very high. They fire or you resign due to the stress of being fired. It is very rare to work more than 2-3 quarters. While signing, you might think that “I am one of best universities in Turkey, I worked for well-known companies and performed well, I won’t experience being fired.” That is not true. You can be fired even if you have never notified, you have never received a bad feedback and your background is outstanding. Please think 100 times, your career is valuable. Not safe, definitely.

Pros

Just good employees, fortunately no pros for here.

Cons

During my time at this company, I experienced a complete lack of respect from top management. Despite their public statements on social media that suggest university backgrounds don't matter, there's a prevailing culture that looks down on employees who didn't graduate from a select few schools. This company do not value its employees. They threaten their employees to be fired in every meeting and they are proud of firing people. I strongly advise anyone thinking about joining this organization to reconsider. If you value your dignity, career growth, and job security, it's best to explore other opportunities.
