Pros
the TLDR: if you are ready to work hard, and deal with high expectations, you will grow and learn quick. Buckle up, you are in for a ride. Pros as an SDR: - You have a lot of room for growth. The company is in a really unique position in the industry, and you will have a very large territory if you are based in the US. - As a US based SDR, you will have the opportunity to have great leadership DIRECTLY above you (more on CEO later). But the leadership you engage with daily are great. Particularly if you are passionate about mobile. - You have room to be creative, as long as you are thinking things through thoroughly. - You will learn a lot very fast. If you seriously can work hard, and soak things up like a sponge, you will be able to level up very quickly as a SDR - You will get opportunities to act like a mini-AE, and can take on more responsibility then you may be able to as a typical SDR - Get experience working with an international team Pros as a Company - The tech is really awesome. I truly believe it is the best at mobile UA
Cons
I do not know how much i really need to say. Everything you see on here is true. But despite those things, you are fairly siloed off as a US SDR, so you can still be successful in your role, and keep your head under the radar. - nobody hits quota - CEO - high employee churn
