-great work environment -managers are very understanding -reasonable amount of workload

- Small, but mighty and supportive team. Each person specializes in their role and balances their skill set to get things done and at times, providing room to help each other. - Remote team from different backgrounds and locations. From a UX perspective, it was wonderful being a part an ethnically diverse team to collaborate and build with. That alone brings value in collaborating and bringing different perspectives in. - Everyone is friendly and ultimately shares the same passion to improve for I Mocaa's users and helping them achieve their goals. - Important to note, it's an Agile leaning environment and the team works hard to conduct retros to learn how we might improve. I think that's always a good sign that's there's room to grow and learn how to work more efficiently - Happy hours are actually fun!
